Become the background.

Sample colors and patterns, paint your character, then crouch, curl up, lie flat or cling to a wall. That painting could use one more gecko.

Copy an object in the map and tuck yourself among the real props. Seekers have to spot what doesn’t belong.

Solo is a party, too.

BOT PLAY works offline, with computer-controlled hiders and seekers filling the room.

Friends drop right in.

Host an online party or join an open game. Friends who arrive mid-round join as hiders.

Seekers never sit idle.

While the hiders hide, seekers can play the Neon Rally, Prism Breaker and Star Dodge mini games.

Invite links

Tap COPY INVITE LINK in your lobby and send it anywhere. Friends tap it to open the game straight into your party.

Locked rooms

Add a four-digit PIN so only people you invite can join by code. You can also fill the room with humans only.

Game Clips & Clip Studio

Turn on replay recording, then trim a match, move the camera and export a 9:16, square or 16:9 video to share. Recording starts off.

Game Center

Chase achievements and climb the Best Score, Weekly, Hiders Found and Clean Escapes leaderboards. Sign-in is optional.

Optional voice

Talk to your party with proximity voice. The mic starts muted, and mute, report and block are one tap away in Settings.

Bots fill the room

Two friends or just you? Bots take the empty spots so there’s always a full match, online or offline.

The maps are on us.

All four maps and every mode are free. Optional characters, emotes and diamond packs are available in the game. Spend diamonds on emotes and single-use powerups like Speed Boost, Extra Jump and Invisible. Powerups only work in Bot Play and Red vs Blue.

Play comfortably.

Voice is optional and the mic starts muted. Mute, report or block players in Settings during a party, and lock your room with a PIN. You don’t need a separate Mecca Gecko account.

Online players can see each other’s names and paint and hear live voice. Parents may want to look at these features before their family plays.
